First time in six years I walked out the door with my phone running with no problems. For me being disable its a very big accomplishment. With me and my drs, nurses, and lawyers its a big deal to have my phone running because of my health. It means a lot to me and I hope more are like him.

She was very, very friendly. We had not gone to this particular store before but now we won't go anywhere else. Customer service jobs are very under appreciated and under valued sometimes but we are thankful to her for making this such a wonderful experience.
