We were not eligible for an upgrade. I have always had positive experiences at this location; however, today by far was the most positive experience we have had. We were greeted with a welcoming smile. He listened intently, was so very very pleasant and extremely professional. He went above and beyond to help us so I could get a new phone. An exceptional sales associate. I will share my experience with my family and friends. My husband and I bought our first cell phone at the Iowa State Fair in the 90's from Cellular Advantage. We are loyal customers and are very happy with our decision. I simply cannot express how happy I am today as a direct result your sales rep's helpfulness.

He put a song I wanted from my old phone that didn't easily transfer to my new phone. He explained how my phone worked and answered questions patiently since I didn't understand everything the first time. He even had me practice while I was there to be sure I could use the phone. We have been long-time customers and with this kind of service we will continue to use US Cellular.
As soon as I entered the store your associate greeted me and asked what she could do to help. She eased my concerns and set me up with a great new phone. I have always had enjoyable experiences in my transactions here, but this one was by far the smoothest yet. We reviewed my plan, and we found a newer plan gave me more voice minutes, same data, and it was about a third cheaper than my old plan.
