He put a song I wanted from my old phone that didn't easily transfer to my new phone. He explained how my phone worked and answered questions patiently since I didn't understand everything the first time. He even had me practice while I was there to be sure I could use the phone. We have been long-time customers and with this kind of service we will continue to use US Cellular.

We reviewed my plan, and we found a newer plan gave me more voice minutes, same data, and it was about a third cheaper than my old plan.
