I stopped in just to see what you had to offer because my sister referred me to you guys. He was able to get our account setup and with probably the cheapest monthly bill any of my friends or family have and stayed after closing hours to make sure we were taken care of. He ported our old phone numbers onto our phones and let us spend our $150 per line credit. For him to do that shows he really cares about his customers and making sure they get the best service possible. I will always make sure I come back to see him. After being a very long time customer with Verizon, we made a change to US Cellular at the Iowa State Fair. We purchased two iPhones and an iPad. After a rough start there were mistakes that I was unable to correct after calling US Cellular so I called Cellular Advantage. I explained the issues I had and he said he would handle everything. He called us back in about an hour saying everything had been taken care of. My wife and I feel that he went above and beyond in handling this.
