Opening in 1995, our Merle Hay location treats customers with the respect that they deserve while shopping for U.S. Cellular plans and products. We have customers come in from all of northern Des Moines to get tablets, home phones, cell phones, postpaid, prepaid and other connected services. We pride ourselves in our ability to be efficient and successful in providing professional service.

I couldn't have hoped for a better customer service experience on my visit last week. I went to US Cellular Advantage in Merle Hay Mall on Friday of the July 4th weekend, which is always a bad time for anything complicated. My phone had broken and I needed a new one immediately, even though I wasn't due for an upgrade. The young man there was unbelievably patient with my tangled account issues. He worked through each issue and fixed everything so I won't have trouble in the future. His professionalism was exemplary. He was calm and helpful through the whole ordeal, and I walked away with a working phone I really like.

I went to the U.S. Cellular where I bought my phone & hot spot (Merle Hay Mall) in Des Moines, IA. There was a big problem with my bill, I was not at all happy & was ready to cancel my contract & go elsewhere. As it turns out, your employee got this problem taken care of. Let me just say, he was very patient, understanding & helpful, not only with me but also with the agents he spoke with. To get this problem corrected took almost two hours. Before I left there, he made sure my hot spot & cell phone were both working properly. Now, my hot spot works better than the day I bought it.

I went to the Merle Hay Mall store in Des Moines a few nights ago to purchase a new phone. I have never been to this store previously, but I have to say that it will be the store that I go to in the future because of the outstanding customer service I received. I am a new customer with you after previously being covered with sprint for about 15 years. After having some issues I worked with persons at the Des Moines Merle Hay Mall store. He picked up the phone and did the research that was needed. He then proceeded to explain to me what had happened and literally saved the account. While I can't say that everything went perfectly, I can tell you it ended well. I think this employee went above and beyond!
