My father is 90 years old and insisted that he needed an iPhone. He got in front of John Williams and he was extremely happy to help him. They got to know a lot about each other over the next couple hours while John helped him set up his 1st email, Apple ID and even created him a Facebook. Very pleasant experience and he made it a pleasant experience for him. Great store and great team.
