I had a wonderful experience today at the Urbandale store. My phone was no longer charging. I really felt that I shouldn't have to go through insurance to replace it. All three of your staff members were extremely helpful and truly went above and beyond in helping me! He contacted customer service and was able to help me get a new phone without going through the insurance. I truly appreciated all of his time and patience with me.
The sales rep was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also friendly and helpful as he worked to solve our problems, including contacting tech help. We left the store happy with our US Cellular phones and impressed with the service given by this young man.

I had to come in three different times this week to get my plan updated, a new phone, etc. Each time he was extremely polite, knowledgeable and efficient. While these characterisitics are the expectation for any employee, he had a store full of customers and he was professional all the way.
They helped us find a good plan and easy to understand was not pressured to buy anything we did not want. Very good service will be back at this store.
