Outstanding customer service. I have had issues with my Samsung S 4 and 5 which came at especially difficult time for me as I was trying to leave to travel from Des Moines to Phoenix by myself for a family health issue. Their efforts were outstanding and greatly appreciated.

I am from Fort Dodge, Iowa I have purchased cell phones & cell phone plans for my family numerous times throughout the years. Never ever have I received service like I did at Valley West. Your associate was courteous, kind, professional, took time to explain everything to me, accommodating, even took time to text me and make sure all was well with my phones and service. He went above and beyond. He also knew what he was talking about (a tech wiz with cell phones & products). In our world today it is very hard to find true hard working honest people. I will always drive to Valley West Cell Advantage for everything we need.

We explained how our son had recently had his phone stolen from his locker at a wrestling meet and needed a replacement. He explained each and every phone we requested, comparing them showing us both the pluses and minuses. He also walked us through insurance options to potentially alleviate the painful experience of future phone loss and much more. We ultimately decided on the New Samsung Galaxy S. What an amazing device. Although this particular US Cellular outlet is approx. 35 miles from our home he made us feel so good about or experience we will drive right by our local store and head to West Des Moines when we have future needs.

We were eligible for new phones and the process was made easy thanks to our knowledgeable and helpful staff member at the Valley West Mall location. It was the best experience I have had with a U.S. Cellular employee to date. He was professional, helpful and we were out of the store in less than 45 minutes. Wonderful!

He was very patient with all our questions, he was very conscious of every detail and made sure everything was set up correctly. My mom and I have our numbers just one apart and it would have been easy to mix it up but he was so careful and I really appreciated it. He did not rush us and treated us with respect despite our lack of technological knowledge. We love our new phones!
